Step 1: the first conversation

During an intake conversation, we will establish a clear picture of what you’re looking for. We will make sure everyone is on the same page and expectations are aligned.

Step 2: Discuss your wishes with the architect

Once your expectations are aligned with what’s possible, we will create a tailored preliminary design. We will also establish a guaranteed maximum price for the whole project.

Step 3: First Design

The third step is a promising one. Once you have worked through all your needs with the architect, they will draw up a detailed plan and make a first design.

Step 4: Modified Design

Based on your remarks, we will modify and optimize the preliminary design until you’re satisfied with the result. These modifications can be small or large.

Step 5: A Guaranteed Maximum Price

As soon as we’ve nailed down the final design, we will ensure a transparent price quotation with the best guaranteed maximum price possible.

Step 6: Building Permit

Up until now, there hasn’t been any commitment on your part. But the next step is to apply for a building permit.

This step includes delivering your permit. We can now start constructing your dream home.

Step 8: The Real Estate Contract

Our written agreement is as concise as possible, clearly written and jargon free. No lingo, no terminology. We just insist that our promises are put into writing, in order to make sure that what you are promised in the beginning, is what we deliver in the end. Don’t hesitate to ask for a blank sample copy during any phase of your project.

Step 9: Start of Construction or Renovation Works

We contractually guarantee that the start of the construction works is planned within two months following receipt of the building permit.
